ChiangMai Bike Week 2005

Dear All,

Pls. be updated and confirmed that Chiang Mai Bike week will be held on Dec 10,2005 by North Comet.
Venue : Imperial Mae Ping Hotel ,
Beer Garden at the back of Hotel.

The night party event will be starting at 18.00 until 24.00
Admission fee is 400 baht /person , buffet dinner and soft drink are included.
The main objective of this party is to have all bikers get together , meet, talk, drink, and have fun...fun....and ...fun.

Since the space for party is quite limited as most of us may experience a few years ago. we would like to invite all bikers join the party on time and certain number of participant can be accepted.

Chiang Mai Bike week Tee-shirt will be for sales at 200 baht with limited number for all biker who love to keep as collection. We are discussing on what we can do during the day time, 10 am -4pm. of Dec 10 ,2005 .

The riding tour route is one activity which will be interesting for our dear friends . I'm discussing with Khun "Uan" to have him lead and set up the route of this trip. More information will be kept all of you updated. The objective of this trip is just for fun and to broaden our riding experience in Chiang Mai.

John Tan (Motonation, M'sia's KTM distributor) is organising the event at his spanking new, orange-colored KTM showroom in SS2 (21 Sept, 12 noon). All bikers, friends, fans and members of the public are welcome.

Aussie 250cc ace rider Anthony West and Spanish 125cc rider Julian Simon will be making an appearence on behalf of KTM. Limited posters are up for grabs. Good chance to get a photo opportunity

Karnival Udara Negeri Sembilan 2005

We are pleased to announce that Karnival Udara Negeri Sembilan 2005 will be held on the 20th and 21st August 2005 (Saturday and Sunday) at Nilai 3 Wholesale Centre, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus. This air carnival for the third year running is endorsed by Tourism Malaysia, jointly organized by Majlis Tindakan Pelancongan Negeri Sembilan (MTPNS), Negeri Sembilan Sports Aviation Club (NSSAC) and Nilai 3 Wholesale Centre Management Sdn Bhd.

We are targeting crowds of 15,000 people from the whole country and neighboring countries for this rarely seen carnival which coincides with a school holiday. We are also expecting participants from about twenty five (25) flying clubs which includes members from Malaysia, Thailand, Australia and Singapore.

In conjunction, to upgrade the status of this carnival, we are inviting your club members to participate in this event.

The PD International Bike Fest 2005

The PD International Bike Fest 2005 is the premier festival for bikers with support from Negeri Sembilan Tourism Action Council and Tourism Malaysia. The Fest is jointly organized by Eagle Ranch Resort & Conceptual Events Asia Sdn Bhd and will be held in an eco-tourism themed resort, the Eagle Ranch Resort Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan in Malaysia. The Fest aims to promote biking as a fun hobby and to provide an excellent opportunity for people who share a passion for biking to network and interact with each other.

The Fest is also a representative of all main facets of the two-wheel business, including scooters, motorcycles, accessories, clothing, components, merchandise, racing bike and off road bike.

Programme
The Fest will be held on Saturday 6 August 2005 and will be officially launched by YAB Dato Seri Utama Hj. Mohamad Bin Hj. Hassan being the Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan. The programme will include Charity Sunset Ride with the Menteri Besar leading the convoy, product launches, live band shows, bike games, bike contest, arm wrestling challenge and many other live performances. Other activities available at Eagle Ranch Resort including horse riding, go kart, archery, swimming, food stalls, inflatable games, dunk machine, mechanical bull etc will also be at the disposal of participants of the Fest.

Marketing and Promotional Programme
The Bike Fest is expected to attract more than 4,000 enthusiasts from Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. Extensive marketing and promotion initiatives for the Fest will include (a) direct mailing and distribution of pamphlets to past participants, residents of Port Dickson & Negeri Sembilan as well as corporate & individual customers (b) distribution of posters and pamphlets to motorbike showrooms, service centers, night spot, etc (c) coverage in the press and media (d) bunting and banner at strategic location including highway stop area.

Exhibition booths will be available for rental at the Fest for products display and sale of merchandise. Sponsorship opportunity is also available for strategic partners. The Fest will provide a platform for sponsors to showcase their merchandise and services to an audience of over 4,000 participants and above.
