NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 18^th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of Kelab Super Bikers Malaysia will be held at the Royal Selangor Club KL,Gallery Room on the 4th April 2011 at 7PM to transact the following matters:-

Agenda

1. To confirm the minutes of the 17th Annual General Meeting held on 19th May 2010.

2. To receive the council’s report on the activities of the club for the year ended 31st December 2010.

3. To receive the treasurer’s report and audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2010.

4. To elect the council and to appoint auditors for the ensuing year.

5. To deal with such other matters as may be put before.
