NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kelab Super Bikers Malaysia will be held at the Pavilion Bar of Royal Selangor Club Bukit Kiara KL, on Wednesday 21st February 2024 at 7.00PM to transact the following matters:-
Agenda
1. To confirm the minutes of the 30th Annual General Meeting held on 21st March 2023.
2. To receive the council’s report on the activities of the club for the year ended 31st December 2023.
3. To receive the treasurer’s report and audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2023.
4. To elect the council and to appoint auditors for the ensuing year.
5. To deal with such other matters as may be put before.By Order Of The Council

1. Dinner will be provided at 9PM and Networking will commence at the Pavilion Bar from 7PM.
2. Strict Dress Code Applies. Shirts with collar, long pants required. Slippers, sandals, short pants, T-shirts, jeans not allowed entry.
