NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice Is Hereby Given That the 13th Annual General Meeting of the Kelab Super Bikers Malaysia will be held at Level 6, Multipurpose Room, Suasana Sentral Condominium, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Kuala Lumpur on 16th March 2006 at 7.00pm to transact the following matters: -

A g e n d a

1. To confirm minutes of the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 16th March 2005.

2. To receive the Council’s report on the activities of the Club for year ended 31st December 2005.

3. To receive the Treasurer’s report and audited accounts of the Club for the year ended 31st December 2005.

4. To elect the Council and to appoint auditors for the ensuing year.

5. To deal with such other matters as may be put before.

Please note:

Voting Rights will be allowed for members who pay for their subscriptions before the meeting begins.

Failure to settle your membership dues will automatically not make you eligible to vote for the incoming elections nominees. Those who do not pay are still welcomed but will be considered as observers only and shall not be allowed to vote.

Dinner and Drinks will be provided. Those who do not pay their subscriptions for 2005 and 2006 will have to pay for their own dinner and drinks.

Kindly confirm your attendance at the AGM for the purpose of making dinner arrangements by 8th March 2006 to one of the following: -
