Notice is hereby given that the 15th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of Kelab Super Bikers Malaysia will be held at The President’s Room, Royal Selangor Club, Dataran Merdeka, on the 28th April 2008 at 7.30pm to transact the following matters:-
Agenda
1. To confirm the minutes of the 14th Annual General Meeting held on 22nd March 2007.
2. To receive the council’s report on the activities of the club for the year ended 31st December 2007.
3. To receive the treasurer’s report and audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2007.
4. To elect the council and to appoint auditors for the ensuing year.
5. To deal with such other matters as may be put before.
