NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kelab Super Bikers Malaysia will be held at the Flamenco Restaurant Bukit Damansara, 22, Medan Setia 2, Plaza Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, on the 19th May 2010 at 7.00pm to transact the following matters:-

Agenda

1. To confirm the minutes of the 16th Annual General Meeting held on 24th March 2008.

2. To receive the council’s report on the activities of the club for the year ended 31st December 2009.

3. To receive the treasurer’s report and audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2009.

4. To elect the council and to appoint auditors for the ensuing year.

5. To deal with such other matters as may be put before.
