 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kelab Super Bikers Malaysia will be held at The Terrace of Royal Selangor Club Bukit Kiara KL, on Wednesday 1st April 2026 at 6.00PM onwards to transact the following matters:

Agenda

1. To confirm the minutes of the 32^nd Annual General Meeting held on 24^th March 2025

2. To receive the council’s report on the activities of the club for the year ended 31st December 2025.

3. To receive the treasurer’s report and audited accounts for the year ended 31st December 2025.

4. To elect the council and to appoint auditors for the ensuing year.

5. To deal with such other matters as may be put before.

1. Dinner will be provided at 7.30PM and Networking will commence at the Pavilion Bar from 6PM.
